Who operates the travel itself?
All travel operations (tickets, visas, insurance, transport, licensed tour leaders) are run by a licensed travel bureau (BPW) partner. KI Academy owns the education curriculum, campus appointments, alumni network, and mentoring — per our principle: legal or not at all.
My child travels without parents — how is supervision handled?
Every group is accompanied by a KI mentor and a licensed tour leader with clear chaperone ratios, plus group travel insurance. Parents receive daily updates. A Parent & Teen edition is also available.
Are the prices on this page final?
Not yet — all figures are indicative and may shift with exchange rates, season, and partner negotiations. Final pricing is announced to the interest list before official registration opens, with no hidden fees.
Does joining an edutrip guarantee admission?
No — and beware of anyone promising that. The edutrip helps you know the campuses, the admission system, and build a realistic plan; admission is decided by your application.
