1. Our service — and its limits

KI Academy is a global-readiness platform: we map your readiness (Global Readiness Score), guide you through modules and mentors, help with funding access, and connect you with partners (universities, scholarship providers, licensed placement agencies, and legitimate employers).

To be honest and clear: we PREPARE and CONNECT — we do not guarantee university admission, scholarships, or employment. Final decisions always rest with the destination institution. Beware of anyone promising “guaranteed placement”.

The readiness score is an internal measurement based on verified activity, not an official state certification.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Information you provide must be truthful — scores and profiles built on false data will be revoked.
• One person, one account. Mentor and partner accounts are created and verified by the admin.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or harm other users.

3. Paid plans & payments

• Plan prices (Mandiri, Mentored, Intensive) are listed on the Pricing page; launch prices may change between batches, and existing buyers are never affected by increases.
• Payments are processed via Mayar. 2× installments: a 50% down payment unlocks e-learning; settling within 30 days unlocks mentor features. If settlement is overdue, mentor features wait until it's paid — e-learning access remains open.
• Plan upgrades charge only the price difference. A-la-carte credits work with every plan and never expire while your account is active.
• Mentored plan seats are capped per batch to protect mentoring quality.

4. 7-day guarantee & refunds

Within 7 calendar days of a plan payment, you may request a FULL, unconditional refund — contact the admin via WhatsApp or email. Funds are returned by bank transfer within 7 business days of approval, and plan access is revoked.

After 7 days, refunds are reviewed case by case (e.g., service failures on our side). Used a-la-carte credits are non-refundable.

5. KI Fellowship

Fellowships (50% or 100% subsidies) are granted selectively based on readiness and genuine need through the Funding module. Admin decisions are final. Application data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

6. Content & intellectual property

• Learning materials on the platform belong to KI Academy/its content partners — redistribution without permission is prohibited.
• Documents you write (CV, essays) remain yours; you grant us permission to show them to your assigned mentor for review, and readiness summaries to partners under the consent mechanism.

7. Partner conduct

Verified partners get access to the anonymous talent pool. Partners must never charge candidates any fee for introductions made through KI Academy. Report it to us if this happens.

8. KI Work job board — the free work track

Applying to openings on the KI Work job board is FREE for candidates — our service costs are covered by employers/placement partners (a placement-fee model). We never charge candidates to get a job; if anyone claiming to represent KI Academy asks for payment, report it through our official channels.

Candidates with at least one active application get free basic preparation (e-learning modules plus reviews of the CV, work-experience proof, skill certificates, and one essay document). This access is tied to active applications and stays open for 30 days after the last application concludes (hired/rejected).

Every opening comes from a licensed placement partner (P3MI/LPK). Placement, employment contracts, and departure are run by those licensed partners — KI Academy prepares and connects, it does not place workers (Law 18/2017).

By applying, you consent to sharing your readiness profile and approved documents with the partner that owns the opening (see Privacy Policy section 4).

9. Testimonials & informational messages

By submitting a testimonial you grant us a non-exclusive permission to display it on KI Academy's site & materials under the name you provide. You may revoke this anytime by requesting removal.

The “Notify me” service is informational and free — receiving job updates is not a hiring guarantee, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Liability & governing law

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia; disputes are first pursued amicably.
