I want to work abroad — do I need to buy a plan?+
No. The KI Work track is free for candidates: apply to openings from licensed placement partners, submit a CV + 1 essay document for review, and access the preparation modules — employers/agencies cover the cost. Paid plans are for the study/scholarship track or if you want more intensive preparation.
Can I pay in installments?+
Yes. Mentored and Intensive can be split into two interest-free payments: a 50% deposit unlocks all e-learning immediately, and the settlement (within 30 days) unlocks mentor reviews, mock interviews, and the talent pool.
How does the money-back guarantee work?+
Within the first 7 days after payment you can request a full refund, no questions asked — just contact the admin from your dashboard.
What if I start Self-Paced and want mentorship later?+
Upgrade anytime and pay only the price difference — you never pay twice.
