The widest choice, big campus funding

7Common Questions
Is the US realistic without wealthy parents?
For graduate study, yes — via Fulbright, LPDP, or campus assistantships. Undergraduate is much harder; consider other countries first, then a US master's.
Can I work while studying in the US?
F-1 allows on-campus work up to 20 hours/week. After graduating, OPT gives 12 months of full-time work (36 for STEM) — the common path to a US career.
US full scholarships are ultra-competitive — alternatives?
Yes: graduate assistantships (teaching/research, usually tuition waiver + stipend), university aid (need/merit-based), and 2-year community college + transfer — far cheaper. Fulbright remains worth a serious attempt.
