8Common Questions

Is working in the Middle East safe?

The formal sector with verified contracts and proper work visas carries far better protections. That's why KI Academy lists only formal openings from licensed partners and never places domestic workers.

How are workers protected in Saudi Arabia?

Use ONLY official channels (licensed agency + the Musaned system) — registered contracts, bank-paid wages, and processable disputes. Hold your own passport, keep your contract, and report issues to the embassy/consulate or BP2MI hotline. Avoid pilgrimage-visa work offers — illegal and unprotected.

Is pay really tax-free?

Yes, Saudi has no personal income tax — take-home is larger than the same nominal elsewhere. Factor living costs (many employers cover housing & meals) and remittance fees.

Which sectors are open to Indonesian candidates?

Hospitality (hotels, catering — especially hajj/umrah season), construction, logistics/drivers, and healthcare. Domestic-worker placement has special government rules & restrictions — KI Academy only forwards formal-sector openings via official partners.
